Are you Paleo? I favor a neo-paleolithic ("Paleo") diet, avoiding grains, dairy, legumes, and refined oils/sugars, while emphasizing naturally raised meats, vegetables and healthy fats. The supplements I sell were designed to be of the highest possible quality, and for the benefit of people on a variety of eating plans.  Some are not paleo-compliant.
